- The prices, in Euro, are per week, from Saturday to Saturday, and are comprehensive of rent, bed-linen and towels as well as water, gas, electricity.
- Excluded are eventual heating costs.
For 'Il Fienilino', 'Il Boschetto', 'Il Noce' and 'Gemma' the heating costs must be paid according to the amount used.
Only for 'Casa del Fattore' the final cleaning fee of Euro 60,00, and the wood for the fire place have to be paid extra.
Those costs must be paid before your departure
- Upon your arrival you will be requested to leave a cautionary deposit of Euro 200,00.
- Booking procedure: To make the booking you shall send us a confirmation of the period and the names and number of the persons of your party. You are requested to pay a deposit of 50% of the rent. As soon as we receive the down-payment we will send you a definite confirmation and driving instructions to your holiday home.
- The Balance must be paid upon arrival.
- Cancellation fee: 10% of the total price if the cancellation arrives prior to 60 days from the beginning of the stay. 50% of the total price if the cancellation arrives later.
- The client must arrive between 4.00 and 7.30 p.m.. The house must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
